These terms govern your use of NIXE. Please read them carefully.
By accessing, browsing, or using NIXE (nixe.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for ALL activity under your account. Provide accurate info during registration. Notify [email protected] immediately of unauthorized use.
All prices in PKR unless stated. Prices subject to change without notice. The current payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in Pakistan. COD payment is collected at delivery — failure to pay may result in account suspension. Online card and mobile-wallet payments will be introduced only after a live payment gateway is integrated and approved. Visa/Mastercard enablement is subject to the provider’s additional card-scheme validation and may not be available for every account or transaction. NIXE does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, wallet PINs, or other payment credentials.
Orders subject to stock verification. Delivery: 3-7 business days. NIXE connects buyers with independent sellers — sellers handle listings, shipping, and product quality. If a seller fails to ship within 7 days, the order is cancelled and refunded. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery.
7-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging. No returns for hygiene products, perishables, digital downloads, or customized items. Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving returned item. COD refunds issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Sellers must have valid CNIC/NICOP. Must provide accurate listings, ship within 48 hours, maintain stock, respond to questions within 24 hours. Commission: 7% commission + tax apply on each sale (seller keeps 93%). Payouts weekly to registered bank account. Minimum payout: ₨2,000. Sellers responsible for their own FBR taxes.
Every order covered by Buyer Protection. If order doesn't arrive in 14 days → full refund. Damaged/significantly different → return for full refund within 7 days. NIXE mediates disputes and may issue refunds at our discretion. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
No illegal use, false listings, review manipulation, hacking, data harvesting, selling counterfeit/stolen items, or using bots. Violations result in immediate account suspension, listing removal, and potential legal action under Pakistani law.
NIXE and its logo are trademarks of NIXE (Pvt) Ltd. Sellers retain product image ownership but grant NIXE display license. Users may not copy NIXE content without written permission. IP infringement claims: [email protected].
NIXE provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: indirect/incidental/consequential damages, loss of profits, delivery delays by sellers, or product quality issues (seller's responsibility). Total liability shall not exceed amount paid to NIXE in preceding 3 months.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. You may close your account via Account → Security → Delete Account. Pending orders cancelled and refunded. Personal data deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention (tax records 5 years per Income Tax Ordinance 2001).
Governed by laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved: (a) Contact [email protected] first — 30 day resolution attempt; (b) Arbitration in Karachi under Arbitration Act 1940; (c) Courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction. No class actions.
